چکیده
The Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction that originates from relativistic spin-orbit coupling in noncentrosymmetric magnets is a source of topological spin textures. We theoretically investigate the possibility skyrmion crystal (SkX) by focusing on role out-of-plane DM different polar- and chiral-type interaction. By performing simulated annealing for model triangular lattice belonging to ${D}_{3h}$ point group, we construct low-temperature magnetic phase diagrams an applied field. As result, find instability toward crystals under in-plane fields, where key ingredients stabilize SkX are according field direction; stabilized field, while it additionally introducing easy-axis anisotropy also discuss possible multiple-$Q$ states other than presence Our result indicates materials with potential candidates host crystals.

Controlling skyrmion helicity via engineered Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions.
Single magnetic skyrmion dynamics in chiral magnets with a spatially inhomogeneous Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) is considered. Based on the relation between DMI coupling and skyrmion helicity, it is argued that the latter must be included as an extra degree of freedom in the dynamics of skyrmions. An effective description of the skyrmion dynamics for an arbitrary inhomogeneous DMI co...

متن کاملWide-Range Probing of Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya Interaction
The Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) in magnetic objects is of enormous interest, because it generates built-in chirality of magnetic domain walls (DWs) and topologically protected skyrmions, leading to efficient motion driven by spin-orbit torques. Because of its importance for both potential applications and fundamental research, many experimental efforts have been devoted to DMI inves...
متن کاملHund's Rule-Driven Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya Interaction at 3d-5d Interfaces.
Using relativistic first-principles calculations, we show that the chemical trend of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) in 3d-5d ultrathin films follows Hund's first rule with a tendency similar to their magnetic moments in either the unsupported 3d monolayers or 3d-5d interfaces. We demonstrate that, besides the spin-orbit coupling (SOC) effect in inversion asymmetric noncollinear mag...
متن کاملRenormalization-group approach to quantum Fisher information in an XY model with staggered Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction
We investigate the quantum Fisher information and quantum phase transitions of an XY spin chain with staggered Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction using the quantum renormalization-group method. The quantum Fisher information, its first-derivatives, and the finite-size scaling behaviors are rigorously calculated respectively. The singularity of the derivatives at the phase transition point as a f...
